Third Party Enterprises:  Instrumental in retaining the biggest account in company history. While filling in for missing management, trained the current staff on their duties and responsibilities. Rewrote systems and procedures; redirected the workflow to integrate and synchronize with the client’s computer system.

World Linen and Textiles Company, Inc.:  Conducted a global company staff and system evaluation, which resulted in a leaner organization.  Increased efficiency using the same or fewer resources.  Re-established inventory control systems and procedures.

Globus Trade in Van Nuys (Import-Export): Computerized and automated the operation.

Scott Thaler Associates: Participated in several consulting assignments on management and distribution projects: Cach-Cach, Designer Dress for Less.

BCBG Max Azria: Salvaged the holiday season when the company had converted its retail division from “Retail Pro” Software to “STS” software and, subsequently, could not get its operation back up and running during the busiest time of year.
